We are a leading fuel brand in the UK, employing 2,500 colleagues across our depots. Our business is built on strong relationships with our customers, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our National Accounts team.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work in our Birchwood head office in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining relationships with our commercial customer base, handling inbound calls and emails, and ensuring each account is maximised to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with commercial customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with autonomy to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months in a customer service environment or similar
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong complaint management skills
  • Confidence in own ability
  • Ability to handle objections
  • Ability to work with autonomy
  • Resilient, persistent and tenacious
  • Target driven / results orientated
  • Confidence in identifying leads and opportunities
  • Experience working towards KPIs and objectives
