Key Responsibilities- Lead the effective management and recovery of rental income, ensuring the sustainability of our housing operations.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance income collection processes, including engagement with tenants and colleagues.
- Work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate calculation, communication, and review of service charges, aligning them with tenant expectations and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
