Housing and Community Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled Housing and Community Services Manager to join our team at Bernicia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our housing services, working closely with our neighbourhood and community teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate our housing services, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with our neighbourhood and community teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our housing services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housing management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Durham or Ashington

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £51,318 per annum (inclusive of car allowance)
