Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited involves delivering technical services to all properties, ensuring the housing association meets responsive, planned, cyclical maintenance and property management requirements.
As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day technical inspections, including for damp and mould, and providing reports and suitable resolutions.
Key requirements for this role include a working knowledge of all elements of building construction, components, building trades and applicable building regulations.
Additionally, you will need to have a full trade or professional qualification in a construction-related industry, along with experience within a social housing environment.
