Property Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Property Inspector to join our repairs and maintenance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical services to all properties, ensuring the housing association meets responsive, planned, cyclical maintenance, and property management requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out day-to-day technical inspections, including damp and mould assessments.
- Providing reports and suitable resolutions.
- Having a working knowledge of all elements of building construction, components, building trades, and applicable building regulations.
- Working in a social housing environment.
Requirements:
- Full trade or professional qualification in a construction-related industry.
- Experience in a social housing environment.
