  • A relevant HR degree or CIPD qualification.
  • Strong people, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • An ability to show initiative and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in creating proactive people solutions.
  • Experience of working on projects and collaborating with others to ensure successful delivery.
