Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a culture that values and prioritises customer satisfaction, ensuring that our tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Lead the delivery of neighbourhood services, including allocation of homes, tenancy management and community safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing people and bringing people together.
  • Strong background in Neighbourhood Management and ASB/Community Safety.
  • Strong performance management background.
