Job Overview: We are on the lookout for a seasoned Sales Manager to become a vital part of our energetic team. The successful candidate will possess 5-10 years of sales expertise, a comprehensive understanding of the financial technology landscape, and a well-established network within the industry. Your primary focus will be on driving sales expansion and enhancing our market footprint.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Discover and pursue new business avenues within the asset management and hedge fund domains.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients and industry influencers.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics, competitor movements, and industry trends.
  • Compile regular sales reports and forecasts for executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the financial technology or asset management sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and driving revenue enhancement.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational workflows, data integration, and automation in financial services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software.
