About the Role
The Ascott Limited UK Corporate Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our serviced residence business, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share through the development and implementation of effective inventory, distribution, and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Collaborate with Residence Managers, Area/Regional Management, and the Sales team to drive revenue growth and optimize inventory
- Proactively identify and implement promotional and marketing initiatives to drive revenue during low business periods
- Support the Sales team in validating corporate transient negotiated rates and group pricing
- Coordinate and optimize inventory and pricing strategies across all distribution channels to ensure maximum revenue
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in RMS systems, MS Office, and BI tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and systematic working practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and confidence to find solutions to everyday challenges
