Job Description

Revenue Growth Manager

Up to £68,000 + car and bonus

Hybrid working 2 days in the office

We are supporting a leading food company, that due to an internal promotion is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join the team. You will join an established team that is integral to the business performance.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across one of the UK's most recognizable brands. You will develop and execute revenue growth strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track and analyze key performance metrics to drive business growth.

Ideally, you will come from a financial background, working within FMCG businesses. You will be detail-oriented and be able to demonstrate deep analytical skills, and the ability to translate these into actionable insights.

The business is keen to promote and develop internally, so once you have joined there is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the leaders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for one of the UK's most well-known food brands.
  • Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform revenue growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform revenue growth strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotions and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify and launch new products that support revenue growth goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future revenue growth strategies.
  • Work with the sales team to optimize revenue growth opportunities with key customers and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Ideally coming from a financial or accounting background.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the food or consumer goods industry is a plus.
