Job Summary

Tonteria is a vibrant bar and nightclub seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
  • Pro-actively sell events, table bookings, and club entry to maximize revenue
  • Convert private hire event enquiries into sales
  • Host clients and tables to build relationships and drive sales
  • Promote and book Christmas parties to drive revenue during the holiday season
  • Assist with event creation, planning, and operation as needed
  • Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the nightlife or entertainment industry is required
  • Proven sales, marketing, and business development skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
