About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at MRK Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and RevPAR for our portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue streams and market segments.
  • Implement an aggressive overbooking strategy to ensure revenue maximization and drive cross-selling opportunities between nearby hotels.
  • Stay up-to-date with new systems and tools to maximize revenue and ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze data from various systems to inform problem-solving and revenue optimization decisions.
  • Generate accurate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue management within the hotel sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team by example.
  • Experience with pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking for a portfolio of hotels.
  • Knowledge of Opera, Switch, and Duetto systems is desired but not essential.
