As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the key interface between General Mills UK and a strategically important retail partner, driving sales, share, and profit goals.

Your role will involve developing and recommending account strategies and tactics to maximize sales and gross profit for both parties, executing agreed promotional plans within defined investment budgets, and continually refining revenue management opportunities.

You will be operating as a National Account Manager or Business Account Manager within the FMCG, ideally with current experience managing different categories into the UK&I retailers across the grocery channel.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and presenting compelling sales presentations
* Advanced forecasting and commercial modelling skills
* Confidence and ability to develop and present compelling sales presentations
* Strong influencing skills and commercial acumen
* Proven experience of delivering results through working in cross-functional teams
