About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our National and Key Accounts team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of National Account Managers to achieve commercial objectives
  • Develop and implement joint business plans with key customers to drive growth and profitability
  • Embed World Class Key Account Management principles across the team
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and operating expenses for the team
  • Prioritize investment decisions and resource allocation to maximize return on investment
  • Negotiate trade terms with customers to drive business growth
