The Away from Home environment in Great Britain is a diverse, exciting, and challenging one. The landscape is constantly changing with new channels driving growth, customers adopting different strategies to differentiate themselves in the marketplace, and mergers and acquisitions blurring traditional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and engage a team of individuals to drive commercial success.
- Create the strategic direction for the On the Go environment, embedding World Class Key Account Management principles.
- Collaborate with key customers to deliver growth for CCEP, the customer, and the category through Joint Business Plans.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and management of operating expenses, prioritizing investment decisions and resource allocation.
- Negotiate trade terms with customers based on strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to lead and deliver the annual business plan.
What we expect of you
You must demonstrate leadership, commercial awareness, and strong negotiation skills. You should be highly numerate, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
