Talent Guardian is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of National Account Manager, responsible for leading key relationships within the wholesale and discount channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable sales growth within prominent discounters, including Home Bargains, Poundland, B&M, and Heron Foods.
- Develop and maintain strong trading relationships with national and regional discounters, such as Boyes, Fultons, The Range, and The Yorkshire Trading Company.
- Manage key UK wholesalers, including Suma, Holleys Fine Foods, PW Fine Foods, and expand the export business with partners like Jeremy Gourmet and Kalamea.
- Foster strong buying/trading relationships and leverage commercial insight to inform investment plans.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience in overseeing investment plans.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
