We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our National and Key Accounts team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability across our national and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement joint customer plans to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of National Account Managers to achieve commercial objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver the annual business plan
- Negotiate trade terms with customers to maximize return on investment
- Ensure the successful implementation of World Class Key Account Management principles
