About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a key member of our Alcohol Ready to Drink (ARTD) team, you will be responsible for growing business across a portfolio of UK customers within the grocery channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and negotiate win-win Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retailers
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new retail opportunities
  • Lead multi-functional retailer engagement, particularly in category, supply, and shopper marketing
  • Maximize range and distribution of our products
  • Launch transformational product innovation and drive commercial results
  • Manage work streams to provide unique solutions in close partnership with key stakeholders
  • Allocate resources to maximize strategic payback
  • Guide the business planning and budget process
  • Structure agreements to ensure business profitability
  • Identify and close performance and opportunity gaps
  • Responsible for programming calendar, driving onsite visibility, volume planning, and managing trade spend
Business Reviews and Reporting
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to measure progress against sales and financial targets
  • Provide competitive analysis and insights to inform merchandising, pricing, and promotion decisions
  • Monitor and accurately forecast retail and wholesale performance
Budget Planning
  • Track and evaluate trade investments to ensure highest return on investment
  • Guide post-program analysis and ongoing analysis of always-on activations
  • Thoroughly analyze customers' sales to define priorities and focus of efforts
About You

We are looking for a strong relationship builder with a track record of delivering growth within the grocery channel. Ideally, the candidate would be looking for a role to challenge them with true ownership and accountability, with a go-getter entrepreneurship mentality.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Good broad experience working in UK grocery-aligned environment in account management
  • Experience in the alcohol category is desired, but not essential
  • Experience in working with and influencing X-functional teams (category, shopper marketing, and ops)
  • Thrives in an ambitious and fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial, creative mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Effective networker and relationship builder
