Role Responsibilities
As an integral member of our Client Support team, you will assist clients throughout their interactions with our organization. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and addressing client concerns.
Key Duties Include:
- Managing inbound and outbound client service calls and email communications related to various inquiries, including billing, service modifications, cancellations, and missed service requests.
- Handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, typically between 50-80 calls daily.
- Utilizing multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve client queries.
- Addressing escalated calls with professionalism and care.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
1. A minimum of one year’s experience in a client support role.
2. Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
3. A positive and professional demeanor.
4. Proficiency in computer usage, including IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Flexibility to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
