We are looking for a proactive and organized Microsoft Partner Insight Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, a process-driven mindset, and experience in the Microsoft partner and channel ecosystem. This role involves preparing and delivering service management reviews alongside management, analysing and presenting data, and leading internal improvement initiatives.

Create and maintain high-quality business documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the objective of helping partners to become operationally excellent.
Service Management Reviews: Use templates to prepare comprehensive service management review documents for our customers, highlighting key insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations. Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret program data to understand processes and performance. Present data in a clear, concise, and understandable format for internal and external stakeholders.
Microsoft Partner & Channel Management: Utilize experience with Microsoft partner and channel programs to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of organisation and diligence in managing tasks, timelines, and project deliverables.
Working pattern options: 9am-5pm across 4 days per week (successful candidate may choose non-working day) or 9am-3pm across 5 days per week.
