People Source Consulting is currently seeking a Client Account Specialist to assist in managing client relationships and support the Media Sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
The individual in this position will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the resolution of ticket requests from internal stakeholders, acting as a liaison to address client and stakeholder concerns.
- Assisting the Sales Account Team with various tasks, including but not limited to data analysis and reporting.
- Creating and managing dashboards to provide insights into account performance.
- Conducting account health assessments and offering recommendations for optimization.
- Encouraging innovation in tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Demonstrating a readiness to learn about the digital marketing landscape.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Fluency in English and either French or German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, VLookups, and pivot tables.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- A background in digital media sales or customer service, with at least one year of relevant experience.
