We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Consultant to join our Strategic Account Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our sellers to drive their business growth and program satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 10-12 sellers to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.
- Run business analyses to produce recommendations and actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
- Provide consultancy services to sellers, leveraging our solutions to address their priorities.
- Support execution and operational troubleshooting, guiding sellers through the execution of strategic plans and addressing ad-hoc questions.
- Build relationships with sellers, gaining their trust through close collaboration and delivering results.
- Coach sellers on Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about selling on Amazon.
- Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate monthly discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans with sellers.
- Become an expert in a specific subject within our service organization, supporting peers and inventing processes/tools to benefit internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS).
- Experience in account management, whether in e-commerce or another relevant industry.
- Strong analytical skills, allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce), and other systems.
- Experience in exceeding customer expectations and account management targets.
