Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Dove & Hawk. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a sense of community within our residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with residents to create a sense of community, organizing events and activities that promote social interaction and a sense of belonging.
  • Work closely with our building management team to ensure that all maintenance and repair issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with contractors and third-party providers to deliver high-quality services to residents.
  • Monitor and report on resident satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations to improve our services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to secure special offers and discounts for residents.
  • Contribute to the development of our community engagement strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance resident experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background, with experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of property management and maintenance, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 to £34,000 per annum, plus 10% discretionary bonus.
