Resident Night Ambassador

Moda Living Ltd is seeking a Resident Night Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service and resident engagement.

The Role
  1. Provide first-class customer service and engage with residents to ensure a positive living experience.
  2. Consistently deliver the Moda Living standard to residents and visitors.
  3. Respond to resident queries and meet response times.
  4. Offer informed and accurate information to residents via face-to-face or phone interactions.
  5. Be the primary point of contact for enquiry receipt and initial acknowledgement, then progress and follow up on enquiries.
  6. Conduct room viewings and gather necessary information to support leasing.
  7. Manage parcel delivery, issuance, and app notifications.
  8. Promote resident events and engagement strategies, such as surveys.
  9. Communicate in line with Moda Living brand values.
  10. Implement Visitor Management strategy.
  11. Establish and maintain relationships with residents to understand their needs.
  12. Follow and utilize the complaints procedure.
  13. Manage resident move-outs, including reprogramming of fobs and collection of post box keys.
  14. Escalate emergencies or incidents.
  15. Report identified Health & Safety matters to the CSM/GM.
  16. Observe Health & Safety compliance.
  17. Maintain a key record for front desk sign-out.
  18. Access control programming.
  19. Support Fire Marshall or evacuation management.
  20. Sign suppliers, contractors, and third-party visitors in and out of the front of house.
  21. Ensure building security at all times.
  22. Report maintenance issues identified in the building, apartments, or common areas.
  23. Keep residents informed about maintenance items reported.
  24. Liaise with FM teams.
  25. Support marketing and lease-up, including viewings if required.
  26. Aware of amenity T&Cs.
  27. Assist with on-site event organization.
  28. Familiar with local attractions and destinations (further training provided).
  29. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  30. CCTV monitoring.
