Moda Living Ltd is seeking a Resident Night Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service and resident engagement.
The Role- Provide first-class customer service and resident engagement, consistently meeting the Moda service standard.
- Respond to resident queries and meet all response times, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Be the first point of contact for enquiry receipt and initial acknowledgement, then carry out enquiry progression and follow-up.
- Take room enquiries and viewings, gathering necessary information to support leasing.
- Manage parcel delivery, issue parcels, and manage app notifications.
- Promote resident events and engagement strategies, such as surveys.
- Communicate in line with brand values and establish relationships with residents to understand their needs.
- Follow and utilize the complaints procedure, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Manage resident move-out, re/de-programming of fobs, and collection of post box keys.
- Escalate emergencies or incidents, reporting any identified H&S matters to the CSM/GM.
- Observe Health & Safety compliance and maintain a key record for front desk sign-out.
- Access control programming, fire marshal or evacuation management support, and sign suppliers/contractors/third-party visitors in and out of front of house.
- Ensure the security of the building at all times, reporting any maintenance issues identified in the building/apartments/common parts.
- Liaise with FM teams, support marketing and lease-up, and be aware of amenity T&Cs.
- Assist with the organization of on-site events and have good knowledge of local attractions and destinations.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and CCTV monitoring.
