THE ROLE

As a Resident Day Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include delivering the Moda service standard, responding to resident queries, and providing informed information to residents. You will also be responsible for promoting resident events and engagement strategies, managing parcels, and maintaining relationships with residents to understand their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Deliver first-class customer service and resident engagement
  2. Consistently deliver the Moda service standard to residents and visitors
  3. Reply to resident queries and meet all response times
  4. Provide informed and accurate information to residents
  5. Be the first point of contact for enquiry receipt and initial acknowledgement
  6. Take room enquiries/viewings and gather necessary information for leasing
  7. Manage parcels and app notifications
  8. Promote resident events and engagement strategies
  9. Communicate in line with brand values
  10. Visitor Management strategy
  11. Establish and maintain relationships with residents
  12. Follow and utilise the complaints procedure
  13. Handle residents move out
  14. Emergency or incident escalation
  15. Report any identified H&S matters
  16. Health & Safety - observe compliance
  17. Maintain a key record for front desk sign out
  18. Access control programming
  19. Fire Marshall or evacuation management support
  20. Sign suppliers/contractors/third-party visitors in and out of front of house
  21. Ensure the security of the building at all times
  22. Report any maintenance issues
  23. Liaison with FM teams
  24. Support marketing and lease up
  25. Be aware of amenity T&Cs
  26. Assist with on-site events
  27. Promote events via The My Moda App and social media
  28. Good knowledge of local attractions and destinations
  29. Ad hoc administrative tasks
  30. CCTV monitoring
