We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialists to join our team at Sycamore Court. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with other staff members to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential day-to-day support to residents, assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities
• Help residents maintain their independence and dignity by providing mobility assistance, meal support, and companionship
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any concerns to the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe environment, adhering to hygiene and infection control standards
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a care professional or in a similar role is beneficial but not essential; full training is provided
• A caring, compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing dignified, respectful care to all residents
