Waking Night Support Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at a therapeutic residential home for vulnerable children and young people. As a key member of our care team, you will provide outstanding support and care to our residents, helping them to build resilience and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to create a warm, homely, and therapeutic environment.
- Use your knowledge and experience to offer emotional first aid and support to residents.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
Requirements:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a related care field.
- Minimum of 1 year Support Worker experience within the care sector.
- Experience working with high-risk and challenging behaviors.
- Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to working within a therapeutic framework.
- Good written, IT, and communication skills.
