Position Overview
We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a secondment in the role of a Band 7 Administrative Lead within the healthcare sector. This position is situated in a dynamic environment, focusing on the management of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
The role will require onsite engagement and encompasses the following duties:
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in SYSTM 1 and reporting mechanisms.
- Conducting investigations related to incident reporting.
- Overseeing and enhancing the scheduling system.
- Creating comprehensive reports and conducting audits.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Documenting minutes for various meetings.
- Assisting the head of healthcare with administrative tasks as needed.
- Leading meetings in the absence of the Head of Healthcare.
- Participating in the recruitment process for the department.
- Engaging in human resources activities.
- Coordinating training sessions and managing bookings.
- Supervising and guiding the administrative team.
- Building partnerships with healthcare staff and other key stakeholders.
Role Significance
The Administrative Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing all facets of healthcare provision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within a multidisciplinary team. The individual will adhere to both local and national standards, contributing to the strategic development of the service.
Ideal Candidate Profile
While experience in a secure environment is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. The successful candidate will possess:

- Experience in team leadership.
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
