Job Summary
Circle Health Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join their team in the Outpatients department. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
About the Role
This is a part-time opportunity for 18 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist with patient preparation and transportation to and from procedures.
- Support healthcare professionals with clinical tasks and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Care Certificate.
- Previous experience in a Healthcare Assistant role.
