Job Overview

The Sales Support Specialist will deliver essential operational and administrative assistance to the Inbound Sales team, including leadership. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized self-starter capable of adhering to instructions meticulously and on schedule, while also taking the initiative to enhance support efficiency and propose innovative ideas and processes for improvement. This diverse role necessitates a high level of initiative and is likely to encompass the following areas: general operational assistance and administration, sales analytics, handling escalations/complaints, and managing inbound/outbound communications.

Working Hours: Standard Business Hours

Daily administrative and operational support for the Inbound Sales Team Collaborating closely with the sales department manager to foster process enhancements. Ensuring that customer escalations, disputes, and order issues are resolved promptly, which may involve direct communication with customers. Generating sales and operational reports as requested by the line manager or Head of Channel. Partnering with our fulfillment team to follow up on accounts that are in provisioning or rejected status. Assisting sales agents and management with operational inquiries. Ensuring compliance processes are adhered to and conducting sales audits. Leading and assisting with sales investigations.

Highly organized, proactive, and responsible self-starter Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Strong initiative with a demonstrated desire to enhance all operational areas Excellent written communication skills Experience in a dynamic sales office environment is preferred Effective communicator - able to manage challenging sales personnel Accountable for personal actions and professional growth Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as needed Exemplary role model Maintain a positive attitude consistently
