We are currently recruiting a talented and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our busy contact centre team at Brakes.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our company. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the commercial sector and business development principles
