Job Summary
As a Sales Administrator at UK GADGETS AND ACCESSORIES LTD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update sales and customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts to ensure timely and effective sales processes.
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service abilities to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Outlook, to manage emails and schedules.
- Ability to computerize tasks efficiently to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Basic IT skills for data entry and system usage to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Good command of English for written communication to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Familiarity with sales software is advantageous to drive sales growth and improve efficiency.

Work Environment

Experience
