Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Sales Team: Provide administrative support, including preparing and managing sales documents, such as contracts and purchase orders.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records in our CRM/SAP system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain Organised Records: Ensure all sales activities, contracts, and communications are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Ensure Accurate Sales Transactions: Record, invoice, and reconcile all sales transactions, including chasing payment remittances and outstanding debt.
- Generate Sales Reports: Create and distribute sales reports, such as trackers and forecasts, for management review.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for consultants, customer issues, or complaints, escalating them to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with sales, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
