About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Clarion Events. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales function, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless execution of our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide strong administrative support to the sales function, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in processing booth contracts, managing sales leads, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Data Management: Support the sales team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data, including salesforce management and data analysis.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Event Support: Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring a smooth event experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in CRM databases, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
