Role Overview:As an Employer Engagement Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with current clients while also establishing connections with new businesses interested in utilizing our apprenticeship programs. Your role is pivotal in helping apprentices gain valuable skills and practical experience in real-world settings.
We seek a motivated and confident individual with a strong background in sales and relationship management to enhance our Employer Engagement and Partnerships Team. Your efforts will significantly impact both local businesses and aspiring young professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Create and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Respond proactively to sales inquiries, enhancing conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
