Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Harrisons Recruitment. As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions within our organization, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service to clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks related to meter checks and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with energy suppliers to gather relevant sales information and resolve any issues.
- Support objections and go-live processes with administration tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
- Process Zeus enquiries and information requests within agreed timescales, maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering general enquiries over the phone and via email.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain missing information and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain confidential records and secure financial information, adhering to quality audit standards.
- Generate necessary management information (MI) and statistics to inform business decisions.
- Stay updated with office procedures and adapt to changing requirements.
- Handle ad hoc requests as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Requirements:
- Experience and confidence in telephone call handling, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment, with high attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, maintaining calm under pressure and working both as part of a team and individually with accountability.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on responsibilities, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
