Executive Administrative Coordinator

Your Responsibilities: In this role, you will be tasked with managing the schedules of senior executives, coordinating appointments, and ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings. You will handle incoming communications, draft reports, and organise meetings and travel logistics. Additionally, you will manage expense documentation and assist in planning events while upholding confidentiality and discretion. You will also take on smaller projects and see them through to completion under the guidance of the executive team.

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication, capable of managing professional relationships at all levels.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and capable of developing effective solutions.
  • High Level of Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
  • Technologically Proficient: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to adapt to new systems.
  • Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, showcasing strong administrative and office management skills.

Compensation Details:

  • Salary Range: Competitive salary between £23,000 and £28,000, based on experience, along with additional commission and company benefits.
  • Work Arrangement: Flexible working model available.
