Financial Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**

KCR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team in County Durham. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including debtor and creditor ledgers
* Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions
* Reconcile bank statements and supplier statements to ensure accuracy
* Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and document management

**Requirements**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
* Proficient in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
