Your Responsibilities: In this role, you will be tasked with managing the schedules of senior executives, coordinating appointments, and ensuring they are thoroughly prepared for meetings. You will handle incoming correspondence, draft reports, and organise meetings and travel logistics. Additionally, you will manage expense documentation and assist in planning events while upholding confidentiality and discretion. You will also take on smaller projects and oversee their completion under the guidance of the executive team.

  • Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, showcasing strong office management skills.

Compensation Details:

  • Salary Range: Competitive salary between £23,000 and £28,000, based on experience, complemented by additional commission and company benefits.
  • Work Location: This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
