Job Description:

Company Overview: Fashion and Retail Personnel is a leading provider of temporary staffing solutions to the fashion and retail industry.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and flexible Sales Assistant to support our client during their peak trade period.

  • Assist with sales floor and stockroom duties, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales floor activities, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Assist with stockroom tasks, such as receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
