About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to join our SSE Enterprise team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships, securing new business, and maximizing renewals and margins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Track and report accurate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the energy industry and its trends.
