We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and inform them of new products and services.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- CRM Management: Utilize our CRM tool to enter and maintain accurate customer information, track sales activities, and analyze sales performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets and quotas.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn about new products and services and effectively communicate their value to customers.
- CRM Management: Experience with CRM tools and ability to utilize them to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and driven individual with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
