Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Lettings Valuer to join our team in Manchester, Leeds, or London. As a key member of our property rental services team, you'll play a critical role in driving our success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Landlord Onboarding: Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new landlords, ensuring a seamless integration into our property portfolio.
  • Re-marketing & New Listings: Take charge of re-marketing relisted properties, ensuring they attract quality tenants quickly. Manage the marketing strategy for new building completions, from the initial listing to tenant placement.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Focus on increasing landlord fees by identifying opportunities for added value and upselling additional products and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the lettings market, with a strong focus on sales and client relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for teamwork.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
