Job Summary

The Lettings Valuer will play a critical role in driving the success of our property rental services, managing the onboarding of new landlords, overseeing the re-marketing of relisted stock and new building completions, and targeting growth in landlord fees. This role requires a strong focus on sales and client relations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Landlord Onboarding:
  • Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new landlords, ensuring a seamless integration into our property portfolio.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to landlords, enhancing their understanding of the rental market and maximizing their returns.
  • Re-marketing & New Listings:
  • Take charge of re-marketing relisted properties, ensuring they attract quality tenants quickly.
  • Manage the marketing strategy for new building completions, from the initial listing to tenant placement.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Focus on increasing landlord fees by identifying opportunities for added value and upselling additional products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the lettings market, with a strong focus on sales and client relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for teamwork.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
