Role Overview

The Lettings Valuer is a pivotal position within our organization, directly reporting to the Head of Property Management. This role is essential for enhancing our property rental services. Responsibilities include managing the onboarding of new landlords, overseeing the re-marketing of properties, and driving growth in landlord fees. Additionally, the Lettings Valuer will be tasked with promoting supplementary products and services to elevate client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Landlord Onboarding:
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new landlords, integrating them into our portfolio effectively.
  • Provide expert advice to landlords, helping them navigate the rental market and optimize their returns.
  • Re-marketing & New Listings:
  • Lead the re-marketing efforts for previously listed properties, ensuring they attract quality tenants swiftly.
  • Oversee the marketing strategy for new developments, from initial listings to tenant placements.
  • Sales & Revenue Enhancement:
  • Focus on increasing landlord fees by identifying value-added opportunities and upselling additional services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Team Collaboration

  • Engage actively in team meetings to review performance and share updates.
  • Work closely with the Lettings team to achieve both individual and collective performance goals.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the lettings sector, emphasizing sales and client relations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
