Property Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and diligent Property Manager to join a leading independent lettings agent within their office in Leeds City Centre. My clients have an unrivalled reputation and are keen to add a personable, customer service driven candidate to their team.
Key Responsibilities- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory requirements.
- Conducting mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and identify potential issues.
- Organising and conducting check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records and smooth handovers.
- Coordinating contractors, obtaining quotations, issuing works orders, and obtaining invoices to ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance.
- Ensuring property compliance with regulations, including EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
- Dealing with deposit disputes and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Organising tenancy paperwork and supporting landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
- Providing general property management duties to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
- Previous lettings/property management experience is essential.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
