We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lettings Valuer to join our team in Manchester, Leeds, or London. As a key member of our property rental services team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our property rental services. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding of new landlords, overseeing the re-marketing of relisted stock and new building completions, and targeting growth in landlord fees.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Efficiently managing the onboarding process for new landlords, ensuring a seamless integration into our property portfolio.
- Providing expert guidance and support to landlords, enhancing their understanding of the rental market and maximizing their returns.
- Re-marketing relisted properties, ensuring they attract quality tenants quickly.
- Managing the marketing strategy for new building completions, from the initial listing to tenant placement.
- Focusing on increasing landlord fees by identifying opportunities for added value and upselling additional products and services.
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions that meet their goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the lettings market, with a strong focus on sales and client relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and confident demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for teamwork.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
We offer a competitive base salary of £30,000 with OTE up to £35,000, along with performance commissions and incentives.
