About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our residential Lettings team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping the Executive Lettings Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading by example and delegating tasks to ensure the team exceeds performance and targets set.
- Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and overseeing the pipeline.
- Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced Assistant Lettings Branch Manager, or a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lister or Valuer looking to progress.
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
