About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic and supportive team at Connells Group. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Lettings Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective and professional lettings service to customers.
- Lead by example, delegating tasks and aiming to exceed performance and targets set.
- Optimise opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and oversee the pipeline.
- Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to succeed in their careers.

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced Assistant Lettings Branch Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress.
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
